You must be in turn thinking of a way that you can get a decent body without having to worry too much about constraint diets, excess gym sessions and almost cultic dedication.
Reduce the Estrogen Levels – There are foods which if you eat, you will just be storing up estrogen in your body. Take for example broccoli and kidney beans; these have been touted as low calories and enough protein foods but they help the body accumulate estrogen. More estrogen in the body means more fat.
Do the right exercises when it finally comes to gym sessions. You need to have exercises that will loose the fat stocks all over your body not just your abs. In simple sense, do a complete body workout. Otherwise, you will grow old in the gym.
If you can pronounce serotonin, you will know that it is something to do with the happy hormones in the body. People who are dedicated to running and all will have higher levels of ‘happy hormones’.
You cannot do it without dedication. All the good stuff you want to have needs some dedication. It does not have to be too much but at least some. Once you start exercising, you need to dedicate time and do it regularly. That is the only way you will be able to build up happy hormones.
When you workout sessions seem to be becoming unworthy of your gym time and you feel fatigued and waster yet seeing no results, you could be doing the wring drills.
