In an independent review, a second group of researchers reviewed studies associating the intake of garlic supplements with the effects on blood pressure. The researchers also concluded that garlic supplements were able to support blood pressure level maintenance, for levels that are already in a normal range.
Researchers are in agreement that garlic ingestion supports healthy blood pressure, which is just another reason why you should consider including garlic in your daily nutritional routine.
