1. Tensing You Bum – This one is extremely simple and you could be doing it right now. Just sit there and relax. Now tense your bum slightly and hold. Over time increase the length of time that you tesnse for. This is one of the best bum exercises because you can do it anytime and anywhere.
2. Go for a stroll – It is very easy to ensure you get lots of walks in. Just change your routine a little, may be not drive as many places. I know that this will add time to journeys but it will be worth it in the long. You should think about doing the bum clenches as you walk.
3. Perform Lunges – These are great and especially good for toning bum muscles. Try to do at least 2 sets, with 3 being your target of 12 to 20 per day.

6. Swimming – Bum exercises can be fun by combining them with swimming. This will naturally tone bum and other muscles but adding the clenches will have an additional effect.
