Sleep is an essential part of your beauty regime. Lack of sleep can leave blemishes and dark circles under the eyes. Over a period of time this can lead to stress which can cause all sorts of nasties such as pimples and dry skin.
As we all know beauty starts from within so eating a balanced diet that is rich in essential fatty acids and a colorful array of fruit and vegetables will make your skin glow from the outside in. Minimize the amount of sugar, caffeine and alcohol you consume and of course drink plenty of water to help flush you body free of toxins.
For clogged, angry and congested skin types try an Asprin face mask to open the pores and provide a deep cleanse and it really works! Crush 15 tablets with a little water to make a paste and apply a thin layer. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse for a fresh complexion.
Get out into the environment, inhale some clean air and exercise. It increases the blood flow giving you an instant glow and will deliver all the nutrients your skin needs to repair and regenerate. Try walking, running and team sports. The more fun the better!
A healthy diet is vital. Vitamins and nutrients that benefit the skin come in the form of fruit, vegetables and essential fatty acids such as fish and nuts and seeds. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins and your skin will glow!
