The important thing to remember is that the yogurt needs to be plain and sugar free.
Garlic- This is such a well known cure that many women around the world have relied on it for years. To use garlic as a treatment you should first peel a clove and wrap it inside a piece of gauze. Then it should be inserted into the vagina.
Water- this is almost a cure all. Everyone everywhere should make an effort to drink 8 glasses of water every day. This will help to flush built up toxins from the body.
