Truth about abs

Like numerous women throughout history, I have struggled with accepting my body from Day One. I was also a bit larger than the other girls growing up by way of Junior High and High School, and was a bit much more conscious of it when I attended College. Being surrounded by all those young women showing off their looks whilst wearing skirts and tight jeans can truly get a girl down on herself. I was too busy studying to bother with a correct fitness routine, not that I knew what a good system was back then, so my body by no means changed. I did try a good deal of fad diets, but to no avail. My body was simply not changing for me.

Things had been a lot worse after I graduated, married, and chose to have a child with my husband. I tried not to, but I gave in and started “eating for two.” I had troubles with my lower back that made me stop working, and I became a lot far more sedentary than I had ever been before. Not just did I commence growing within the stomach as the child grew, my body started to hang lower in locations I never thought it would. I was turning into one of those fat women that you only see on TV or waddling around by way of the grocery stores.

After giving birth, I decided that I had to make far more of an effort to lose all of these additional pounds, since I genuinely wanted to go on a cruise and wear a bikini – I had never owned one in my life, and rarely went swimming inside the past. Being at home with a kid gave me the chance to try out a good deal of new things that I didn’t know about prior to. I tried every thing I could put my hands on: ab rollers, Tae-Bo, yoga, pilates, tai chi. Nothing was working for me. I was ready to give it all up and grab my tub of ice cream to live a life of a fatty.

Hiring a personal trainer was the next step for me. I did a number of sessions with him, and he started to give me much more details in regards to routines and diets. I decided to look up on the internet to do some personal reading about exercise and ab routines, when I came across Truth About Abs.

All I can say about it’s, “Wow!” I read all the information on the website, decided to buy the book, along with the additional freebies, and devoured the whole book in a day. All of the details I discovered within the book was exactly what my personal trainer had been telling me for the past couple of sessions. So you know what I did the next day? I cancelled the trainer sessions and focused entirely on what I found within Truth About Abs.

Two weeks flew by and I started to feel much better about myself. Then a month, then 3 months. By the end of the third month, people started commenting on my weight loss, and that was further encouragement to keep pushing myself for the next few months. When six months came around, the outcomes were incredible to me (and my husband). I went from a size 14 to a size 5, dropped over 40 pounds, and felt dead sexy in some new clothes I bought myself as a reward. That wasn’t enough for me, so I kept pushing and working at it until I toned up my mid-section even further until it was as tight and lean as a fitness model.

To think that I accomplished this all by purchasing a book that price me much less than $40 is insane. I wish I had recognized about all this back in college just before I let things get away from me. The extras I received had been especially excellent in keeping me on track with my objectives. I loved waking up to the audio files to motivate me by way of the day. I made my friends watch the DVD from Kim Lyons to inspire them to lose weight with me, too. Thanks to Truth About Abs, not just have I slimmed down, but my friends are on track, too.

I can not say sufficient about this book, as it has dramatically changed my life and body for the much better. There is no going back now, sexy abs are here to stay!
