Using The Law Of Attraction To Feel Good And Lose Weight

Feel grateful for them, allowing the positive emotions to flow powerfully through you.

It may take a bit of stretching your imagination to really “feel the love” but it will get easier if you do it daily. As you keep focusing on feeling love and appreciation for every part of your body, you will start broadcasting a better frequency and the law of attraction will respond by returning better results to you.

The specific results will vary for everyone, but some possibilities are that you may feel a greater sense of peace about your body; focusing less on your flaws and more on the things you love about yourself. You may also notice physical changes like feeling lighter or slimmer, your clothes starting to loosen up a bit, you may have more energy, or simply feel less heavy and sluggish. The more you keep using the exercise, the results should be more obvious over time.
