What Do I Need To Do To Get a Six Pack?

I always thought that you need the best exercises to get a six pack fast, but what I now know is that abdominal workouts have very little to do with it. You see, I struggled for years pushing myself to the max with crunches and sit ups whilst really not getting anywhere at all! I was so confused that I still had my layer of belly fat even though I was doing all those abs exercises!

After having basically given up on my mission to get a six pack, I read an article which claimed that doing abs exercises will actually not hep you get a six pack! They said that by losing the fat from your stomach, you would uncover your six pack underneath. Once I learned this and focused 100% on losing bodyfat for just a short time, I got the 6 pack that I always wanted.

So it’s important to put your energy into losing fat, rather than gaining muscle. If you stop with the sit ups and crunches and start eating a fat burning diet and doing some cardio, you will get much better results faster.

So the first thing you need to do is go ahead and start eating a diet which will help you burn your fat. This should include foods which you actually like eating and are also healthy. And before you say that such foods don’t exist, let me ask you a question? Have you tried every food in the world? NO. And I’m telling you if you set yourself a mission to test out loads of different healthy foods you’ll find some that you get addicted to.

By just testing out lots of different health foods I came across loads that I just loved! It was really unexpected because at first I was forcing myself to try and eat a healthy diet and then suddenly I began really enjoying healthy stuff. And to think that in the past I would only eat takeaways and fast food!

Since then I’ve lost my weight and got the six pack that I always wanted. And I did it all by eating a good diet and then later doing some cardio and abs exercises. So if you want to get the body that you’ve always wanted, then make sure that you start eating healthy foods right away.

When you have your eating plan sorted out and your eating a quality diet, you should begin doing some cardio. This will help you get results even faster, but it is no where near as critical as your diet.
