Food gives us power to think, work and play. By making sure that only the best food enters our body, then our bodily capabilities can be optimised. Thus, it is wise to pick only the finest baby food to provide our treasured little ones so they’ll take in the very best nutrients and permit their body to grow to their highest capability.
There are a lot alternatives at the moment for those who go to any stores to buy baby food. You could see a wide selection of alternatives of baby food on the shelf, from baby rice cereal to organic yoghurt snack, all with claims of providing the baby with the nutrients the baby desirable for development.
In my opinion, I tend not to fancy the thought of feeding our baby with food that has been added with vitamins or minerals. There are plentiful of nutrients present in whole food naturally, we should always just give our baby the whole foods to allow them to gain access to the vital nutrients in the original form.
There is simply no necessity to artificially include any unnatural man-made vitamins or minerals. If it is “artificially” fortified, do you think the benefits is going to be as good as the original food? We must always try as hard as possible to provide our babies whole unprocessed food to allow them to take in the nutrients naturally and that is how your body will benefit the greatest. That is why I have not given my beloved baby a single bottle of baby food up till now.
In addition, I believe the best type of food for any baby will be whole, natural food rather than processed food. For instance, offering baby freshly sliced apple in pureed form will be way healthier than giving those dried apple fruit snack. Any food that has undergone some form of processing will have some, if not all its nutrients stripped off. Loading our baby’s little stomach with food of little or no health benefits is certainly a no-no for me because the space in their tummies is so small; we must make certain that only quality baby food gets in.
For my baby’s health sake, I’ll try my best to provide whole food for my baby whenever possible. This will probably meant using up a bit more time and washing more dishes as I’ll do the meals preparation in most situations. The benefit is that I would be the one choosing the ingredients and freshly preparing the food that my baby likes and I would be the one controlling the quality of food entering my baby’s body. How can I believe the gimmicks of the baby food manufacturers and entrust my baby’s health to them. In this area, I would rather trust myself. I am really grateful to be able to be the one to prepare only the best food for my baby.
Convenience is the motto of how people lead their lives in this modern society. Of course, I do know that given our fast tempo of life, every now and then time consuming duties ( self preparing food versus buying convenient food ) are deemed as bad for us.
We should really re-think that perspective and be resourceful with regards to attaining good health and saving time. I do know that saving time is vital, as long as we think out of the box, there will certainly be ways to achieve both goals. A lot of the food I have prepared for my baby basically will not take up a lot of time once you have practised and gotten the hang of it. Best of all, some good baby food is so easy to prepare but at the same time, their health benefits are wonderful too! As in the case of my baby favourite food–banana, you don’t even need a moment to prepare it. It is a nutrients dense fruit and is so soft and delectable. Your baby can have it anywhere on the go as it can be readily cut into petite bite sizes. We desire to see our baby grow healthy and strong and this is attain with dedication, good time planning and plenty of affection for your baby. Just by providing good natural wholesome food to our baby and that’s what our babies fancy too!
