Taller sorghum plants give more juice because they have thicker stalks. Farmers plant the crop in April and harvest it for juice first around July and second in October.
Sweet sorghum, as mentioned earlier, is the best substitute for sugar. The juice of this crop has so much to offer. Because it can stand or tolerate the inevitable climate change, this might be the best food source for most people in the near future.
