With decaf, there were no performance benefits with memory.

So just be aware of the amount of caffeine you take in with each serving. Another benefit of coffee is that it is able to increase blood pressure. This might be beneficial for anyone with a low blood pressure condition.If you or someone you know have low blood pressure, it’s important that you talk to your doctor about making coffee intake a part of your daily dietary needs. Having low blood pressure can lead to blacking out or fainting.

Another alternative to coffee is green tea. However the caffeine quantities are much lower and you would need to consume more servings.
