Sunday is such a great day to simply relax and unwind. It can be a bonding day for you and your loved ones. Or, you can have a few hours of “me time” on this glorious day! But what if I told you that it is the most important day for weight loss?

North American lifestyle is indeed one of the most fast paced lifestyles on the planet. People in North America have more stress because of the work output and the intense competitive nature that exist. What usually happens is that your work hours can go crazy and you find out that even cooking decent food is difficult on a work day.

Assuming you work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday today is your only day to really take the control back and set your week right and set intentions for the week to come. For me I have a very particular Sunday schedule which really nurtures me and rejuvenates my body and soul for the upcoming week, and I will go in debt in that in another article, but for now I just want to remind you that if you are serious about eating clean, if you are intending to have a flat stomach or get a 6 pack Abs, you want to take full advantage of today and figure out exactly what you will be eating this week.

First of all make sure you have some type of protein source for the week, this can include, baked chicken (take off the skin), chicken breast, tuna, fish, ect. Also I make sure my fridge is PACKED with tons of greens, broccoli, spinach, asparagus and such for at least 5 days. This way all I need to do every night before bed is to grab 2-3 plastic containers and fill one with chicken and one with veggies, and now I am prepared for an amazing healthy week.

To make this even better I normally grab 2-3 plastic shaker cups, fill them up with 2 scoops of ISO whey protein, so now I know I can easily take in one healthy snack every 2-3 hours up to 6 times each day for the week, which is going to boost my metabolism and help me lose more body fat. By the way if you start this ritual of preparing for your week by buying your groceries you can expect to save up to $400 or more per month, since you won’t be needing to eating out any more.

In conclusion, Sunday is really the time to plan in advance so you won’t have to bother yourself on how to prepare and what to eat. Never, ever forget to unwind…that is the key to success. have that ritual of preparing for the great and healthy week this Sunday and be amazed with the results.
