Each of these exercises target the back of the arm and the upper back and they are important for posture as well.
Lat Pull down
Sit down on a bench or a ball where your hips is not lower than your knees. Do 12-15 repetition for each exercises. Pull down and squeeze to the shoulder blades. Your elbows should be held tight to your body. Throughout the exercise, you will need to breath. Breathe in and breathe out as you pull down the handles. You can do this with a bar or split grips either way will make the back of the arms toned.
Arm, Tricep Dumbbell Extension
Hold one end of the dumbbell in one hand. Raise the dumbbell above your head by extending the arm. Third, slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by flexing at the elbow. Take a pause as soon as you feel the stretch in your triceps. Press the dumbbell back up until your arm is fully stretched. Follow the same procedure for the other arm.
Bench Dips
While sitting on the edge of the bench, put your hands on the bench and feet on the ground. You can have your legs stretched or bent slightly. Push against the edge of the bench using both hands. To support your whole body, use both hands and feet. Take your body down as far as you can then push back to the starting point. Look straight forward and keep your back straight throughout the routine.
For firm arms, you need to work on it. Whether your at the gym or just at home, be sure to do the right exercises. A good routine and proper diet will give you the firm arms that you always wanted.
