Hi. So you want to live a healthier life. You know, there is much fuss going on around diets, but you don’t want one. It requires much time and effort and you are not ready to make huge time commitments. You want to take little, gradual steps to improve your lifestyle without turning your world upside-down. If it sounds like you, then read on! These two steps, are easy to take but, simply enough, they will make colossal difference in your disposition.
Step one. Do not eat simple sugars. Start eating more low glycemic products instead. Sugar makes you fat, it disrupts the rhythm of insulin production. Simple sugars go straight to your bloodstream. No matter how little or how much sugar you eat – it ends up instantly in your blood as it does not require digestion. The body produces insulin to combat excessive sugar, and store it as fat. In result, you feel low on energy half hour later. It’s a lot better to eat foods that are slowly digested and release sugar evenly. They will keep away the hunger, and the fat.
Solution: Take some time to select a variety of low glycemic foods to replace your sugar, white flour and refined grains. These would be: apples, berries and almost any fruit, natural fruit extracts, full grain and whole wheat breads, pasta and starchy vegetables.
Step two. Give yourself a push out of milk business. Yes, that’s right. Milk doesn’t suit you. At all. Latest studies show, that milk is rather detrimental for your health. One of the scientist states, that if you want to improve your health in one step and one step only – first you should get away from diary. Why is that ? There’s plenty of reasons, but let’s stick to the basic ones :
1) Cow milk contains all that is needed to nourish a little cow. Because of that, you can find a lot of substances not appropriate for human children.
2) Milk is full of growth hormones that are injected in cows. They can be responsible for cancer and strange growth anomalies in children.
3) Animal milk is not digested by people above a certain age. It can be the cause of gastric burns, stomach aches and other problems, as it simply rots in your system.
4) Milk equals animal torture. Did you know, that there is approximately 4 million blood an puss cells in your average glass of milk ? Safety regulations consider it a safe dosage. This animal excretion comes from strained cow udders, that are connected to milking machines all day long. It’s suffering for the poor animal.
5) It can be now easily replaced with healthier fluids, like soy milk or rice milk.
