4. White bread: Eating a basket of bread right before you begin your meal is one of the fastest ways to gain weight. Not only will you inject your system with calories, but you will also spike your blood sugar. So always avoid eating bread.
5. Eating the entire main course: Eating an entire main course can load your system with an entire days worth of calories. In fact, a great strategy here is to get half of your meal to go before you begin eating it. This will prevent you from eating excessive calories in one sitting.
6. Drinks with sugar or calories: Any type of drink that has calories will make you gain weight very quickly. So avoid this type of drinking at all costs. Opt for drinks that don’t have any calories. Some good options would include water and carbonated water.
