Part 4: Free HCG Diet Recipes

Did you make it through the first two days of the homeopathic HCG diet without any problem. Well of course you did! Those were loading days. They were actually quite an indulgence weren’t they? But what about when the real stuff started? Was it still easy when you needed to stick to the 500 calorie per day limitation? That’s when new dieters start to question their own sanity.

But stick with it! It only gets better. The first few days of the low calorie portion of the homeopathic HCG diet can be really tough. You don’t feel like you can eat what you want (and you can’t) and you don’t feel like you’re getting enough to eat (and you wouldn’t be if it weren’t for the oral HCG drops). Nothing it going to make the very low calorie diet “easy” but accessing free HCG diet recipes makes it easier. And anything that makes it easier is worth trying. Recipe for Tomato Bun Burgers

Recipe Ingredients:

100 grams, 93% fat free ground beef or turkey

1 large tomato

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 tsp. of onion powder

garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon

1/4 tsp. of cayenne

salt/pepper

Preheat a grill (we used a George Foreman style cooking surface). Mix your spices together and put it in a bowl with the ground meat. Mix it well. Prepare patties out of your spiced meat. Cook it on your grill. Slice a large tomato. Take two of the slices and use them as your “bun” and serve the rest as a “side” with your burger. This counts as one serving of protein and one serving of vegetables.

Make this one work for you at your next family function. Feel free to host a gathering. You’ve got your own version of the popular “hamburger” that will make it easy for you to stick to your diet even while you’re hosting a party. Just make sure that you’re prepared to pass up the potato salad and pasta dishes. You know someone will bring them to help out!
