4. Get a natural light box: Natural sunshine is very powerful, but it causes cancer. So your next best bet would be to use a light box. You can put it anywhere and the bright light will energize you and keep your mood elevated a lot.

5. Make sure your head is aligned: A forward drooping head is a sure fire way to hurt your back and cause unnecessary neck pain. You see, when your head slopes downward your lower back has to absorb more load. In the long run, this can cause degeneration.

6. Keep your arms back: Arms that come too far forward are yet another ticking time bomb. You see, when your arms come too far forward your back muscles become long and weak while your chest muscles become short and tight. If you start exercising, this can damage your rotator cuff.
