When your digestive tract becomes stagnant toxins build up easier and they aren’t flushed out of your body like they should be. It is also a great nutrient to include in your diet if you want to lose weight as well. Fiber can be found in dark green leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grains as well. The highest content of fiber comes from dark green vegetables so include organic raw vegetables in your diet as often as you can.
I also recommend that you drink more water each day. Most people are dehydrated and don’t even know it and when you drink enough water your body’s hydrated and this water works with the fiber hand in hand to do a great job cleansing and detoxing which helps make sure it’s clean and your skin becomes clear when your internal organs are clean and healthy. I recommend that you drink spring or purified water because tap water is no longer safe drinking water any more.
