YogaFit’s Community Service Vision

The objective of YogaFit is to bring Yoga to the masses. America is suffering from obesity and lack of exercise. The health of our nation’s population is declining rapidly. When only ten percent of the US populace is associated with a wellness club, our need to get individuals moving is necessary. Yoga is a gift from the entire body and also the mind. From our flagship YogaFit Facility in Hermosa Beach, CA we started out giving Yoga lessons for donation only. The community reacted gratefully.

We all think that if most people within the world offered 1 hour per week of neighborhood assistance work, the world would certainly be a better place. That’s the reason we call for each and every YogaFit Level 1 Trainee to execute eight hours of training teaching within a Community Service setting before obtaining a Certificate of Completion.

Our Trainees have brought the practice and benefits of Yoga to senior citizens in long-term care homes, stressed-out business professionals, cancer patients and survivors, disabled persons, imprisoned individuals, terminally ill persons, children, psychologically challenged people and military servants, just to name some.

The Community Service Program provides our Trainees the opportunity to apply their new teaching abilities in a less stressful environment by having an appreciative audience. With the thousands of letters we receive in our company office, state, volunteering time and energy has shown to be the most gratifying experience for many of our Trainees. YogaFit is focused on this function as it advances the essence of giving and sharing freely.

YogaFit encourages and supports the viewpoint of “Conscious Business.” In this Millennium we think the companies that are socially responsible will succeed from great will and good karma. Together we are changing the paradigm of what it really means to do good business… really good business.

Yogafit has quite a lot of very good assistance in all features of yoga exercise poses, instruction, and everything else. She also has numerous yoga conference meetups many times a year and is referred to as the yoga guru and mogul worldwide.
