HCG Approved Mock Apple Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 apple, sliced
cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon
1 packet of Stevia
Melba Toasts (2), crushed (Classic flavor suggested)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Stevia, 1 packets
Slice your apple if you haven’t already. Mix the first 1/8 tsp of cinnamon and one packet of Stevia together. Toss it well with the apple slices. Arrange it all on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle the crushed Melba toasts on top as well as the additional cinnamon and Stevia. Put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes (on high). Don’t think that it will be even better in the oven.
