HCG Approved Chicken Marinara

Your Ingredients:

chicken, 100 grams

1 small tomato, dice it prior to cooking

fresh garlic cloves, 2-3

oregano, 1 teaspoon (or replace with fresh oregano)

basil, 1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

garlic powder, just a bit

pepper, just a bit

Oven temperature should be at 350 degrees. Place 1/2 the tomatoes in your dish. Sear your chicken with your pepper and salt and garlic powder. Sear it for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Put your chicken on top of your tomatoes in your dish. Mince your garlic and place it on the chicken. Toss the rest of your diced tomatoes with the rest of your spices/herbs. Put the tossed mixture on your chicken. Cover it and cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
