1. Focus on yourself – Concentrate on yourself, spot those problems that cause you too much stress. Remember in life you can’t deal with everything, and that’s a fact. It takes time to solve your own problems, and you can’t solve it overnight. Take down all your problems, and ask for the help of other people they can help you to sort things out.
2. Take a rest – Try to sleep at least 8 hours a day. It will ease the tension on your mind and body.
3. Exercise – A good workout relieves your stress for a while. It distracts you from those things that gave you anxiety.
4. Don’t expect too much – Life is full of stresses, yet many of us feel that our lives must be perfect. Problems and trials will always come our way, and it’s important to remember that life is not perfect, besides we’re only human.
5. Keep your focus – You need to change you’re negative views on life. Coping with anxiety means you need to see life on the positive side, and stop concentrating on the negative.
6. Exposing one’s circumstances – Understand that the conditions of our lives don’t make us who we are but they may tell us who we are now. Be aware that the same negative anxiety patterns in one person’s life can be his/her motivation to defeat difficult circumstances in the life of another person.
7. Ask for some help – Try to look for someone to help you deal with your anxiety. You can find help everywhere such as online help or anxiety support groups and through your community. These people also suffer from anxiety disorders and they are willing to lend a help for everyone who’s in need. Family and friends are also the best persons to ask for some help. They’re always there to guide you and make you feel safe and secure. They will never neglect nor forsake you.
8. Look at the bright side – Always think positive! Keep your focus on those things that makes you feel happy and comfortable. Don’t stop yourself from dreaming and believing that anything can happen. See life on the positive; think positive and you act positively, and think negative and you act negatively.
9. Take a break – Don’t push yourself too hard, indulge yourself! Try to go on vacation, shopping, do bar hopping or go to spa.
Just let go! That’s the better way to handle your anxiety. You can’t control everything. Problems will come your way and you need to face it, but once it causes you too much stress, learn to let go of it or you might start messing up your life.
