Symptoms Of PMS Are Debilitating For Many Women
Each month, some women become irritable, snapping at their partners and picking fights over trivial issues. They may argue, “You’re not paying enough attention to me.” “You don’t think I’m beautiful.” or “Can’t you ever clean up after yourself?” They may have difficulty finding their keys, balancing their checkbooks and making business decisions. They may crave chocolate or sneak pizza in the night. Perhaps they look in the mirror and feel disgusted with their reflection, feeling their skin is breaking out, their hair is lifeless and their bodies are bloated. While all women experience some symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle, the symptoms of PMS can be downright debilitating for a small percentage of the population.
