You foot wear must fit your feet, and do so comfortably.

If you are a person with high arches in your feet, be sure to get shoes with good arch support. Another common condition that people suffer from who have high arches is plantar fasciitis. This is a condition where pain develops in the heel due to the muscle between the ball of the foot and the heel becoming aggravated and causing pain. If this condition gets serious the pain can be quite intense.

There are a number of truly innovative products on the market that are not only comfortable on the feet, help to reduce foot pain, but also improve balance and muscle tone in the legs and ankles. These shoes are a fit more expensive, but those who have them generally love them. Check some out! Look for shoes with a curve in the bottom of the shoe, some are called rocker shoes, and try them on. They take a second to get used to , but after a little bit, you don’t even realize the bottom is curved.
