Resolutions for Wellbeing in the New Year
Each year people resolve to get more healthy. Common resolutions include “I will only eat extremely healthy foods from now on” along with “I am going to lose lots and lots of weight.” Wanting to become as healthy and balanced as you possibly can is admirable. The uncomplicated truth is that most people needs to strengthen his or her health in some form or other. At the same time, going overboard about New Year’s Resolutions is very typical. Unfortunately most of the people try and do too much too quickly because they drop all of their motivation by February or March.
