Chad’s On Day 15 Of The Dr. Simeons HCG Diet

Day 15 on Dr. Simeons HCG Diet. At least it’s Day 15 for Chad…and he’s doing well. If you have been keeping up and reading the last several articles then you already know the beginnings of Chad’s HCG weight loss tale. He has been dieting for a total of 15 days now. On most days he sees the pounds drop right off. On days when he doesn’t see weight loss he is able to look at his weight loss journal. It helps him figure out what went wrong.

On Day 15 Chad weighed 225.5 lbs. He weighed himself first thing in the morning just like normal. This is one of the requirements of the protocol; to weight yourself early in the morning around the same time each day and wearing similar clothing. It helps get an accurate weight readings for comparisons.

That’s another pound down! One more pound to note in the weight loss journal. There really aren’t a lot of things that are better than seeing one pound drop off per day. It’s amazing. And it feels fabulous. And Chad is feeling the euphoria. He loves that he is meeting the average weight loss numbers for the program so far. And he’s looking forward to seeing his final weight loss total when he’s finished with the program.

One thing that has been causing difficulty for Chad on the Dr. Simeons HCG diet is the fact that he and his family are preparing to make a big move. They’re busy packing and they’re trying to not to purchase a lot of fresh produce since it will just go bad while everyone is so busy. Chad feels like he doesn’t have even one spare minute much less the 20 minutes or so he might need to put together a healthy meal for himself.

Chad’s been inspired by the “moving difficulty” and he’s started looking into accessible ready-made HCG meals. He found a company not too far away that offered ready made, fully cooked HCG approved meals. They offered overnight delivery of frozen meals. While Chad’s not sure that it’s the answer for everyone due to cost…he does feel that it is a good move in certain circumstances.

While Chad still takes lunch to work most days he is also branching out a bit. He ventures to local restaurants for lunch; sometimes with co-workers and sometimes on his own. He’s found that he just has to make sure that whatever he orders is approved for the diet. Although he would suggest to all new dieters to begin the diet with a “lunch” in hand when you head out the door in the morning.

When eating out Chad just makes sure to order what he can actually eat without breaking protocol. Most of the time he orders salad. Sometimes there might be an appropriate lean steak or steamed vegetables. You do have to be careful of portion sizes and watch the steamed vegetables for non-approved items.

To provide an example…Chad ventured out to Wendy’s this last week during a work lunch break. He ordered a chicken salad. Since the dressing came in a packet it was easy just to not add it. He then took all the nuts off the salad and requested a cup of diced tomatoes. He thought it turned out wonderfully.
