The latter has the most nutritious “cookie ” ingredients which include ten percent of the daily price for iron in each cookie, and 20% of the daily price for Calcium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C.
The way in which the diet works is you have one “cookie ” at every meal time and break time to total four to 6 cookies a day ( dependent on your plan ) for a regular calorie intake from the cookies of 5 hundred calories. Then you balance out the day with a healthy dinner composed from lean protein and plants. Your own good meal can have over 5 hundred calories, and your daily intake will still be less than 1200 calories, a level at which most anybody can lose weight rather speedily ( about two pounds every week ).
