There are many different soy products available, from soy hot dogs, burgers and ice cream, to milk and tofu. This can cater to a variety of tastes. Unfortunately, some people are soy intolerant and should therefore consider other options.

For vegetarians restaurants often offer a vegetable menu. Options for vegetarians are: cheese, burgers, lunchmeat, and hot dogs. Stir-fries, stews and soups are delicious with the use of tofu.

For breakfast, you can try protein powder or soy milk added to your cereal. Soy milks come in many flavors and you can drink it just like that as a healthy drink along with your meal, or just as a supplement.

Vegetables such as beans are great protein sources. Beans are lovely used in soups (split peas and lentils), stir-fries, salads and many other dishes. Baked beans are cheap and tasty and can be eaten on their own.

Take spirulina as a supplement to keep healthy and strong. Increase the ingestion of beans and sea vegetables as far as possible.

Nuts such as black walnuts, almonds, cashews and peanuts make for lovely snacks. In buttered form, you can spread them on crackers or rice cakes.

Seeds come in a variety of types and make for good protein alternative. There are sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and may others. Pumpkin seeds are known to increase sexual desire. These seeds enhance the taste of salads and make for nice snacks on their own.

Fruit is essential in any diet and more so in a vegetarian protein diet and better if accompany a natural protein drink mix supplement.
