When you do these types of cardio exercises regularly, they also raise your base metabolic rate and cause you to burn more energy all day long!
Dieting can be an effective short term method of shedding excess fat, including belly extra fat. However you need to realize that to maintain a lower weight, you have to make permanent changes to your diet so that what you eat is metabolized by your daily activity. If you eat just a little too much each day, it will add up to many pounds of fat within a year.
The only way to be successful in getting rid of your belly and keeping it off is to make fundamental, permanent changes to your lifestyle. You need to make sure that you are doing adequate exercise each day and also not over eating. Do both of these things and you will not only lose your belly, you will feel wonderful and look great!
