Help For Working With Panic Attacks
I’m able to clearly remember the first time I had a panic attack. It struck me out of the blue, without any of the caution symptoms that others have had of an outstanding anxiety attack. It utterly took my breath away, I thought that I was having a coronary and in the few minutes that the panic attack essentially lasted I lived several lifetimes, and none of them were ones that I’d want to live again.
