We all like to have a well proportioned body. This is possible only if we keep a conscious check on the ‘tummy’ portion. This is often the correct indicator of one’s tendencies towards a fit and healthy body. This is one way to know what the person’s attitude towards health is.
Once people started to use the diet, there was an immediate and noticeable decrease in body mass, and improvement in the health of the person. This made all of them recommend this diet. These were all persons who were committed to making a noticeable change in their lives and get fit for life.
If one wants a program that has no flaws, the Six Pack program is not for you. There are glaring omissions that we will presently discuss. It may not be perfect but many are satisfied that they are working.
1. The main complaint was the exercises. They were for only those who were experts and the likelihood of any normal person contemplating these, let alone completing them seemed highly unlikely.
2. The portion about the working of the cardio-exercises could have been a little more elaborate. This is shortcoming though did not stop anyone from completing their cardio; it simply did not explain the mechanisms.
3. This program is ‘slow’. It means that it will take a real long time and effort to get what you are aiming for. The exercises are much more in the direction of toning and conditioning than providing ‘fast’ results.
Many trials and just one conclusion. The course is tough; and only for the tough. If you are not willing to put yourself through the paces, then this course may not provide the results.
