2. Use fake sugar: Artificial sweeteners taste almost identical to regular sugar, the technology has come a very long ways. The key here is to not overdo it since we still don’t know if long term consumption is safe. Stick with no more than a couple servings per day.
3. Increase your vegetable intake: Vegetables will mechanically reduce your levels of hunger. And the less hunger you have the less likely it is that you will eat too much sugar. The key here is to experiment with different methods of preparation.
4. Eat more frequently: The more frequently you eat the less likely it is that you will get hungry. You see, your levels of hunger increase a lot when you let too much time pass in between meals. For optimal results, eat every couple of hours.
5. Get good sleep: A haphazard sleep schedule will alter your cravings for sugar. So make sure you wake up and fall asleep at the same times every day no matter what. Don’t have a different wake up time during the week and on the weekends.
6. Have sugar in large quantities: The key here is to only do this during one meal. Do not buy into the cheat day school of thought. Restrict the sugar consumption to one meal only. This will provide psychological relief while minimizing the damage.
