The obesity can be depressed easily by preventing the food companies to use excessive sugar in their food items. The soft drinks contain fairly high amounts of sugar and are harmful for health. Such companies are under supervision and have to pay more taxes.

In order to control the expenditure of soft drinks the government should impose more taxes to soft drinks. If the current consumption is about 50 gallons annually, it can be lessened to about 40 gallons easily by applying half cent sales tax.

The extreme usage of the sugar is strictly forbidden for heart patients. The heart disease and fatness are the main problems that become more complex and lead to high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart stroke in the later stages.
