Successful Weight Loss

Over the years, I’ve been lucky not to need to worry a lot regarding my weight. I’ve played a whole lot of sport, and kept myself healthy. At the age of 40, I was nevertheless actively involved in squash, tennis and golf, even though the latter 2 were not as strenuous as squash. At the age of 41, I quit competitive squash, and through the following 6 months, I added over 5 kg’s (11 pounds).
