Weight Loss Programs Exercise
If you have a desire to reduce the amount of fat on your body, rather than reducing the amount of food that you are eating, you should increase the amount of exercise that you are getting. During a national study that was conducted recently two groups of sedentary men were used, one group over the age of 65 and the other in their 20’s. Much was learned from the data that was accumulated and it was very interesting that there was an important relationship between fat and the lack of physical exercise. It was a surprise to nobody that the men who had the most body fat were the most sedentary men.
