Atkins or Dukan: Which Diet is Better?

Both the Dukan Diet and the Atkins Diet go with the same objective. Firstly to assist in reducing weight and second to lessen consumption of carbohydrates from food. Another important similarity is the number of phases that they have equally. Both of them offer 4 phases respectively.
