It’s very easy to fall into the routine where a fear governs your every move, especially in certain situations. For example, if you dislike crowded locations, you will eventually fall into the habit of avoiding these places, which will simply enforce your fear of such places, because there must be a reason you’re continually avoiding it, right? Wrong, fear is governed by the subconscious and the natural instincts within every individual. However, in some, these wires get crossed and people grow irrational amounts of fear for the strangest things. On the other hand, there is sometimes a very small reason to feel some anxiety, but it gets blown out of proportion and can be very detrimental on the person’s ability to function. A panic cure can help these people, but it requires a great deal of willpower and dedication from the person to try and better their fear.
