Discipline comes not out of thin air but from real preparation. In order for a goal to be reached, discipline is essential. A favorite workout routine of many is the Power 90 program, this program requires not just a sense of commitment, but real commitment. What needs to be considered though is that all people are different, some of us have bad knees, others have serious allergies, aching backs, or glasses to help see and read better. In order for you to hit your goals you need to have on the inside a sense of assurance with yourself that your hard work will pay off, and it needs to be real.
