Losing Weight Through Strong Motivation
Over the years it has become normally accepted that the treatment of weight problems will usually follow a yo-yo course. Remedies based on behaviour modification, begun in the 60’s and 70’s, represent the first attempt to break the problem. This method finds its roots within the work of Pavlov on conditioned response. The idea of the “behavioural” school rest on the following premises: patterns of human behaviour are procured by repeating; they can, for that reason, be unlearned or replaced.
