How many times have you said, “I’ll start eating healthy on Monday,” or “I’ll start exercising tomorrow?” Most of us have said this at least one time, probably a lot more, and some of us actually do it. But sadly, the majority of people who say they are going to start working to get themselves into better shape or health never get around to actually doing it. In many cases, this can cause a lot of health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and many others. Millions of Americans are suffering from the effects of a poor diet, and unless they learn how to make the changes they need to become healthy and happy, this could be a trend that keeps repeating itself with future generations.
