However that one secret addiction that health addicts always struggle to resist the temptations of isthat caffeinated beverage everybody loves: tea. However, what the majority of people fail to realize is that tea is also known to be a health drink. White tea, in particular, is the most healthful of all the various types of tea. It’s processed to an extent that the tea tastes good and most importantly: doesn’t undergo too much oxidation. White tea has a lot of health benefits.
