Chemically this fat is a lipid molecule. It contains one or additional double bonds. These fats are also referred to as hydrogenated fats. These fats are made by adding hydrogen to liquid vegetables oil under pressure. This fat is challenging at room temperature. Maximum Trans fats are artificial. They are man made. In some animal meat and dairy goods we can locate Trans fat. These fats have irregular shapes. So the body doesn’t know the best way to metabolize these fats.
